I think one of the greatest moments in any film is when Luke Wilson's character in The Royal Tenenbaums attempts suicide. It wouldn't be so amazing without Elliott Smith's song, "Needle In The Hay", either.
I never saw that movie. I've thought about watching it a couple of times, but never have. How does it compare to Lost in Translation? (Or does it compare at all?) Because I HATED that movie, and in my own little uneducated world I have alway put the two in the same category. (Well, I hated the 20 minutes I watched before turning the effing thing off.)

that's so funny, i watched that movie yesterday as well.
Hahaha. Well, I didn't watch it yesterday but have seen it. What I love is that Elliott Smith song.
