A and C wouldn't show up on the page. Between B and D, I like D better. But from the title I know what A is a picture of, and I think that's probably a cool picture too.

ah. I saw them all now. 'A' is the best entry.
A or D, because good close-ups are fascinating to look at. D also has that arty blur to it to suggest movement though, which puts it just in front.
Though I weighed in offline during the selection process, I feel the need to cast my official vote. After much deliberation, I'm going to have to go with 'A'.
If the voting's still open, A & D, definitely. They're different & unpredictable.
