Breakfast At Tiffanys

Every once and awhile I realize something and can't believe it's taken until now for me to know it....

Today's fact is:

Audrey Hepburn and Katherine Hepburn were not sisters.

you have NO IDEA how long it took me to figure this out. For a while I thought they were the same person. ;)

I am so glad I'm not the only person who thought this. I could never understand how they look SO different.

is it worse that i never even thought that they WERE related?

Hahahaha!! Now that is pretty funny--I've got to say, I do love those "aha" moments!

I got here through Marisa's blog after seeing your screen name and picture. Always love to find a fellow GWTW fan!

Can I ask a supremely stupid question then? How in the world are they related? I never thought they were sisters, but I have never known what the relationship was...

Lala- That's funny, too.

Irish Red- How did everyone know this, but me?

Angela- YAY for GWTW!

Cindy- Actually, they are only 19th cousins or something (according to Wikipedia).

I never thought about it either.

Although, come to think of it, I never thought that Michael Penn and Sean Penn were related until someone pointed it out to me.

But in my head, Jon Voight and Christopher Walken look exactly the same. They're not related, are they?

I was utterly shocked when I found out that Jonathon Silverman and Sarah Silverman aren't siblings. They look so much alike!

I never thought that Katherine and Audrey were related because I thought Audrey was European. Isn't she?

i do reccomend reading a book about hepburn
